Sangeetha joined Instinct Productions as a Development Assistant in May 2023. Prior to this, she worked at Shine TV as a development researcher in the unscripted team working on shows like Masterchef Series 19 for BBC and Banged Up: Stars Behind Bars for Channel 4. She also worked on the set of Ghosts Series 5 for BBC shadowing the producer.
Prior to working in film and TV, Sangeetha worked in investment banking and as a product manager of a fintech startup.
