Jemima Khan

Founder and Director

Jemima Khan is a British screenwriter, an independent TV, film, documentary, and podcast producer, and founder of Instinct Productions. She has produced 50+ hours of content, which has been nominated for four Emmys, a Golden Globe, a BAFTA and an Academy Award. Her debut screenplay, What’s Love Got to Do With It?, premiered at the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival, and won Best Comedy at the 2022 Rome Film Festival and four National Film Awards 2023.

Jemima produced the Emmy and Golden Globe nominated drama series Impeachment: American Crime Story. She also executive produced the Emmy-nominated docuseries The Case Against Adnan Syed, with the final 5th episode airing in 2025, as well as the award-winning docuseries The Clinton Affair and the BAFTA-nominated documentary We Steal Secrets: The Story of Wikileaks. She also executive produced the documentary The Bibi Files, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in September 2024 & the Oscar and BAFTA nominated feature film, The Voice of Hind Rajab, winner of the Grand Jury Prize at The Venice Film Festival in 2025.

Jemima also produced the podcast series, A Muslim & A Jew Go There, hosted by comedian David Baddiel and politician Sayeeda Warsi. The podcast was nominated for numerous awards including two British Podcast Awards 2024.

She previously worked as a journalist and as European editor-at-large for Vanity Fair, and associate editor for The New Statesman.
